I grew up in a family with 14 children in the most rural part of southern North Dakota. We were schooled at home by our mother and only got to go to town once a month. The town was a gas station, grocery store, and post office. Growing up under these conditions and in that environment it didn’t seem important that my nose had a huge hump and was crooked. As soon as I turned 18, I took the opportunity to move away and find work. How I wound up in Los Angeles is a whole another story, a long one. A computer savvy young city boy at work, offered to search the Internet for drgolshani.com. The list of plastic surgeons went on and on but it didn’t describe the rhinoplasty that my friend said I needed. So, I set up an appointment and without the hump and crook in my nose I can even breathe better. After having undergone plastic surgery to repair a congenital disorder, I began to realize just how difficult it had been growing up different from all the other kids. It all started when while searching the Internet I came across a page full of plastic surgeons websites. I had punched in Dr. Golshani and was interested in setting up an appointment for consultation to find out what would be involved in correcting my lifelong affliction. The doctor reassured me that the procedure was simple. He tells me exactly what to expect and how to prepare for a successful surgery and fast recovery. He offered to let me pay out what my insurance didn’t cover and left me with no excuse for not getting on with the program. Needless to say, it was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Anybody in a similar shape that reads this should take heed.
